pt100Read()
pt100Read() returns the PT100 sensor temperature as an integer in 0.1℃ units.
int pt100Read(uint8_t ch)
Commands
| Command | Arguments | Return Value | Operation |
|---|---|---|---|
pt100Read(ch) | uint8_t ch — Overall MPAINO PT100 input channel number, starting at 0 | int | Returns the PT100 sensor temperature as an integer in 0.1℃ units. |
Example
This example uses MPAINO-8A8R(T) with two F input modules. Select Temperature Input Module → F2. CH0 on F1 is 0; CH0 on F2 is 4.
void setup() { Serial.begin(115200); } void loop() { const int first = pt100Read(0); // Read the F module PT100 temperature as tenths of a degree Celsius. const int second = pt100Read(4); // Read the F module PT100 temperature as tenths of a degree Celsius. Serial.print(F("F1 CH0: ")); Serial.println(first / 10.0F, 1); Serial.print(F("F2 CH0: ")); Serial.println(second / 10.0F, 1); delay(500); }
Precautions
pt100Read()is a convenience command for the MPAINO PT100 input module.- Conversion of the return value to actual temperature follows the existing PT100 input module behavior.
- Verify PT100 wiring and module connection order against the product manual and schematic.
- If insufficient SRAM prevents creation of the internal
IADCobject,0is returned.
